INETA North America Membership Division Announces: New Membership Mentor - Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri

From INETA User Group: Northwest Arkansas .Net User Group Bellevue, WA – October 27, 2007 – INETA North America Vice President in charge of the Membership Division, Chris Wallace, announced today the new Membership Mentor for the territory Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri - Randy Walker.
“INETA is proud to announce that Randy Walker is now our Membership Mentor for Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri” Wallace said. “Randy comes highly recommended by those who know and recognize him for his tremendous work with our developer community. We are proud to call Randy one of our Membership Mentors.”
Walker is now taking over the important INETA volunteer position of Membership Mentor and the duties that have been the responsibility of Keith Nicholson for Arkansas and Scott Spradlin for Kansas, and Missouri. “We thank Keith and Scott for their volunteer service to INETA as our Membership Mentors” Wallace continued. Nicholson and Spradlin will remain active participants in the user group world in their other capacities. “We thank our former Membership Mentors for their volunteer activities with us and wish them well. Spradlin has taken the position of INETA Sponsorship Director.”

About Randy Walker – In the early Alpha days of .Net, Randy can remember being quite skeptical of all the promises that .Net was to bring to the VB community. Randy has now not only embraced the technology but works to passionately educate our programmer community to its unique use of technology and innovation. Randy’s community efforts helped to found the Northwest Arkansas .Net User Group, being its first Vice President and second President. He has also helped re-start the University of Arkansas .Net User Group. Randy was instrumental in putting together Tulsa’s first TechFest in 2006 (
